Our Strategy Our current strategic focus is to further strengthen our position in the retail market through the modernisation of our retail estate.  This culminates in offering an up-to- date, customer-focused experience that combines a strong, community environment, with a more relevant, modern, digitally-integrated offering that matches up to the expectations of today’s changing consumer. Supported by Caledonia’s continual investment of more than £30 million in our staff, clubs and products, we will continue to enhance the customer experience by delivering day-to- day operational excellence and increasingly better games and services, whilst developing our longer term digital roadmap. Alongside this, the development of different zones in clubs allows us to offer a wider range of distinct environments that will help in managing different customer needs and help broaden the appeal of our Bingo clubs. At the heart of all of our strategy is rewarding, motivating and empowering our biggest asset, our staff. Whilst technological developments and zoning will play an important role in the evolution of Gala Bingo, our colleagues are central to maintaining and enriching the core community atmosphere that already makes Gala Bingo special.
